Why I built this

Your experience can open a new door.

My path into a career wasn’t a straight line. I started working in corporate roles at 18 and built my career by learning on the job, solving problems, and stepping into opportunities as they came.

I know firsthand how much ability can sit outside a job title or a traditional résumé. That lived experience is why I care about helping parents returning to work and people changing occupations see the skills they already have—and the opportunities those skills can lead to.

You don’t have to start over. You can start with what you know.
